Refund policy

At Proled, we are committed to customer satisfaction and delivering top-quality products. Therefore, we offer exchanges only within 7 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

• The packaging must be intact and not punctured.

• The product must be undamaged, unmarked, and not installed with screws or used in any way.

• Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

If a customer wishes to return a product that does not meet the conditions for exchange, the value of the product will be credited to their personal account in our system. This credit can be used toward any future purchase from Proled—with no expiration.

We kindly emphasize that cash refunds are not offered, as part of our commitment to quality and operational integrity.
